The Clinical Leadership Mentoring Program is designed around clearly identified skill gaps in the target skills necessary for clinical leaders to meet all core accountabilities in healthcare organizations. The focus of the leadership training is determined by the results of a comprehensive assessment of the trainee’s current knowledge and experience of the target skills. The primary training goal is to strengthen clinician capabilities by directing the trainee to concrete educational needs and job-related competencies.
